Alterations Policy

Alterations are non-refundable

Alterations needed within 3 business days may incur a rush fee

Alterations scheduled for pickup are available at 4pm on the scheduled day of pickup

Customers have one week from the day of pickup to bring their receipts to request a redo

Clothing alterations that were not tried on for our specialists do not qualify for a free redo

We strongly recommend that you use our dressing rooms to try on clothing for alterations
Dry Cleaning & Laundry Policy

Clothes due for pickup are available at 5pm on the scheduled date of arrival

Customers assume the risk that clothes might be damaged in the dry-cleaning process

Please keep your ticket for proof of ownership

Please check all returned clothes, as we are not responsible for clothes and missing items after orders are taken from the store
Rental Policy

A $20 refundable deposit and minimum of $50 is required toward the cost of each rental outfit for us to begin putting together an order
-
Customers may try on no more than 3 jackets or 3 vests during a visit to the store. This is to respect our staff and other customers’ time.

Customers may not try on pants that haven’t been set aside for them because we must dry clean each unused pair afterwards
-
Do not use home irons for tuxedos or leave shoes in vehicles during 100+ degree heat
-
Late returns are $15 per day until an additional $400 has been collected (per rental)

Customers may choose to keep outfits for longer than the three inclusive days at the rate of $5 per day, but this must be agreed upon with the staff before they take the contents

Refunds for outfits not taken out of the store and any monies spent over each outfit’s $20 deposit plus $50 (and taxes) are allowed ($74.40), but full refunds are not allowed

Please try on and approve of your rental items before leaving the store, as we are not responsible for problems occurring afterwards. We can adjust your outfits to your approval.

Rental returns after the scheduled return date will forfeit the $20 deposit

Rented outfits are used clothing, but customers have the option to purchase new items

Shirts that are not black or white are additional purchases for outfits
-
There are no discounts for rentals
Sales Policy

All sales are final
-
Customers must pay half of, or the total cost of items specifically ordered for them

Discounted alternatives are included with applicable items bought here
Store Policy

A fee of $10 applies for alterations appointments that only result in a consultation, but no fee applies for appointments that result in charged alterations work

Items are subject to donation if left here over 90 days

No haggling allowed

However, customers may qualify for a discount (at our discretion)

Potential renters or buyers are limited to no more than three try-ons for jackets and vests

Some styles featured may be unavailable to order due to no longer being made

Special order items may possibly look different than pictured

We reserve the right to also charge rush fees when necessary

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone
