Plenty of people come in seeking quick turnarounds for alterations, dry cleaning, and suit or tuxedo rentals. That's no problem, but we need to remind folks sometimes that there is a rush fee associated for fast turnaround items.
Alterations needed within three business days can incur rush fees ranging from $5 to $20, depending on how quickly it's needed in and how difficult the alterations are to perform. We require those rush fees because our seamstresses have to stop doing what they're doing and refocus on the rushed items.
Dry cleaning dropped can be expected back after 4pm the next business day. However, for a $30 rush fee (and assuming enough time is left), we can have clothing rushed to finish before then.
Suit and tuxedo rentals or sales can also be rushed, but fees will be associated with that, as well. There is no set fee, as these situations can differ.
